WHAT IS LOW SELF ESTEEM?
Self-esteem is an individual's subjective evaluation of their own worth.
Self-esteem is about the way we feel about ourselves - the way we look, behave and think. Low self-esteem is caused from a feeling of uncertainty, fear of the unknown or fear of what other people will think about us.
Generally, people with low self-esteem will lack confidence. When we feel confident, we are happy to accept ourselves and we believe in our own abilities. When this confidence isn't there and we don't feel confident, we can become anxious and stressed and feel unfulfilled and unhappy.
